Freddy Larrosa is an Ecuadorian singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his fusion of South American folklore, reggae, and visionary music. Raised in a musical family, Larrosa drew early inspiration from iconic Latin American artists such as Silvio Rodriguez and Fito Paez, forging a sound that is both rooted and globally resonant.

Larrosa’s musical journey has taken him across continents, from immersing himself in the rhythms and traditions of Candombe and Murga in Uruguay, to performing alongside legendary acts including The Wailers in Woodstock, NY. He has collaborated and shared stages with renowned percussionist Gerald Ache (Drums of Freedom), Marvin Moore, Paul Izak, Tubby Love and opened for leading Latin music artists including Duncan Dhu, Ella Baila Sola, and Sergio Sacoto.

As a producer and founder of Gardenhouse Records, Larrosa has cultivated a thriving community studio committed to supporting independent artists with powerful stories and creative visions. His debut album, “Children Of The Light,” showcases a dynamic blend of trova, folklore, hip hop, jazz, pop, and world music—with lyrics that invite meditation, introspection, and healing. Beyond recording, Larrosa has contributed to collaborative projects with dozens of artists from all over the world, and continues to mentor and produce emerging talents under the Gardenhouse label.

Passionate about artistry and empowerment, Larrosa designs artist development programs, leads private lessons, and provides one-on-one coaching to help fellow musicians refine their sound, storytelling, and careers. He is the visionary founder of GardenFest, a four-day transformational festival, and remains deeply committed to his family, community, creativity, and honoring the musical heritage of his roots and ancestors.
